My weekly yoga and chair yoga classes are for women who are looking for a gentle and compassionate way to:

reconnect with and soothe body and mind

release stress and tension to find inner peace

increase strength, fitness and flexibility

Are you new to yoga or chair yoga? ​​Looking for a beginner yoga class? All my classes are suitable for beginners and no specific experience, fitness, mobility or ability level is required. Everything is shown and explained, variations are offered, props are provided, and the pace is slow.

I also offer relaxing sound baths and women's nourishing wellbeing afternoons, for when you need some deep restorative rest. This is where I set it all up for you, you just turn up and let me look after you. And if you prefer to have a bespoke experience just for yourself, or with family, friends, colleagues, I offer private sessions.

Mat Yoga Classes

Chair Yoga Classes
Gentle practice incorporating yoga poses, movements, breathing and meditation techniques done while seated. Suitable for beginners and ideal for anyone wanting to avoid going down to the floor.

Wellbeing Afternoons
Themed craft activity, restorative yoga and sound bath for women offering an opportunity to release stress and relax the body and mind whilst exploring and learning various tools to boost well-being.

Sound Baths
Sound meditation for all to the soothing notes and vibrations of sound healing instruments to promote deep relaxation and help balance the energy for physical, mental and emotional wellbeig

Sound Massage
Bespoke therapeutic sessions that use the soothing notes and vibrations of sound healing instruments to promote deep relaxation and balance the energy for optimum health and wellbeing.

Private Sessions
Bespoke one-to-one and group yoga classes, retreats, workshops, and sound baths to boost wellbeing. Sessions can be delivered either as a one-off or regularly, in person or online.
