Craft, Yoga and Sound Bath Retreats
Take a break from the daily demands of your life, detox from the busy and noisy digital world, slow down, release stress, calm your body and mind, and reconnect with yourself. Learn how to support your well-being using various tools introduced during the themed restorative yoga and sound bath afternoon retreats for women.
What is a themed retreat?
It's a crafting activity, restorative yoga and sound bath session centred around a specific well-being topic, concept, or intention. A different theme is selected for each retreat.
The afternoon will start with a brief introduction to the theme, followed by a mindful craft activity designed to help you disconnect from the outside world, start reconnecting with yourself, and awakening your senses. The next part will be a yoga practice incorporating gentle, slow movements and longer-held postures with the use of props to help you find comfort and support, as you soothe your body, mind and emotions. You'll also be guided through breathing and meditation techniques to allow you to settle, quieten the chattering busy mind and find peace. To conclude, you will be bathed in the sounds of deeply restoring singing bowls, a gong and other instruments.
You're invited to join me for a complimentary herbal tea afterwards and an opportunity to learn about the sound bath instruments, including your own hands-on experience of playing them.


What is a sound bath?
Crystal sound bath is a form of meditation that uses the soothing notes and vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other instruments to promote deep relaxation of the body and mind and help balance the energy for optimum well-being.

Timetable, Price and Bookings




Themed craft, restorative yoga and sound bath afternoon retreats are held monthly on Sundays from 14:00 to 17:00, at Harrow HA2 0AR and are £45. There are only eight spaces in each session so book early to reserve your space.
The next session 'Spring Renewal: A Nourishing Retreat for Relaxation and Growth' will be on 16 March from 14:00 to 17:00.
