Service Description
Experience the healing power of sound. Release stress and tension from your body and mind, rest, find peace and allow yourself time to detox from the busy, noisy and demanding digital world. Take time out for yourself to recenter and balance your energy with the help of soothing notes and vibrations of the crystal singing bowls. The sound bath session will involve creating waves of sounds and vibrations using crystal singing bowls. This might be inadvisable if you have certain medical conditions, such as sound-induced epilepsy, tinnitus, ménière's, severe or clinical mental health problems, heart conditions, or are pregnant. If you’re unsure whether you should participate in the sound bath because of your health, please consult your doctor. Please note the session will take place at and is funded by the North Harrow Library.
