What is Yoga

Yoga is a holistic practice that combines physical postures and movements, breathing, and meditation techniques to promote overall health and well-being.

I design and teach yoga classes for women combining various styles of yoga, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative to offer variety and maximise the benefits.

Classes are suitable for beginners and don't require a specific level of fitness, ability or flexibility. I show and explain everything and offer modifications and props to support you in your practice.

This approach enables me to offer gentle, uplifting and fun yoga classes that will encourage you to reconnect with and soothe your body, release stress and calm your mind, whilst providing opportunities to increase your strength, fitness, flexibility and balance.

Menopause Yoga

As someone going through perimenopause and experiencing various symptoms, I have a keen interest in exploring how yoga can provide support to women in different stages of menopause.

I have completed specialised training in Yoga for Menopause, which provided me with the knowledge and understanding to be able to offer yoga classes tailored to support women experiencing the different symptoms and changes associated with menopause.
